BOB MORIARTY, is an experienced matrimonial practitioner who has practiced for 35 years in the field of matrimonial law and, for the past 15 years, in the field of employment law as well. He is an active member of the American, New York State And Erie County Bar Association Family and Employment Law Committees, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has lectured to the American Bar Association, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Continuing Legal Education Satellite Network, the Erie County Bar Association, the National Conference for Legal Education, the Volunteer Lawyers Project and other associations and groups in Western New York and elsewhere. He has co-authored books on divorce, including a three volume New York State Domestic Relations Practice Guide, and has written numerous articles on divorce.

DENNIS DEE is a graduate of Canisius College and Notre Dame University, and is a member of the American, New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
